Please note that we do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse located in Asia. Return shipments sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
30-Day Return Policy
At Linda Evans Sydney, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, labels, and components must be included.
- The item must not show any signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or negligent handling.
- Hygiene-sensitive products must be returned unused and in a clean condition.
- Any defective or damaged item must be reported immediately upon delivery and supported by clear photographic evidence.
We reserve the right to refuse any return request where the product appears to have been used, damaged, altered, or returned in a condition that does not comply with this policy.
Return Approval Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request within 7 business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

- Clear photographs (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

- Full delivery address
Please do not return any item without first obtaining written authorisation from our team.
After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and the exact return address.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused and returned to the sender.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is found to be faulty, significantly different from its description, not of acceptable quality, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
For returns based solely on a change of mind, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Important Shipping Information
As all products are shipped from our international fulfilment warehouse, delivery and transit times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
If an order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers must wait until the order is delivered and then submit a return request in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
Where a return has been approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

All approved returns must be sent to our designated central warehouse in Asia.
The full return address will be provided only after the return request has been reviewed and approved by our customer support team.
Customers are responsible for:

- Import taxes
- Clearance fees and any other charges associated with the return shipment
