Are Returns Still Accepted?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
As our workshop will soon be closing permanently, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support team before sending any returns. This allows us to personally guide you through the process and ensure everything is handled as smoothly as possible.
Will You Restock After the Sale?
No, this is our final clearance sale. After 37 years of passion and dedication, Pierre will be closing his workshop permanently in 2026.
Once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked. Every remaining piece is part of our final collection and, once gone, will become a unique item that will no longer be available.
Can I Still Track My Order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. (Be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.)
